|Variety||Champagne - Cremant|
Albert Bichot Cremant Brut Reserve - Fine, even bubbles. The nose boasts notes of citrus (lime, pink grapefruit) and white blossoms which pave the way for vivacity and freshness on the palate. Clean and precise with beautiful length.
Vadin-Plateau Blanc De Noirs - 30 months on lees. Direct and elegant, reflecting a lovely balance and acidity. Fresh, bright, effusive and engaging. The evident lack of residual sugar delivers a drier styled Champagne that is perfect for an afternoon aperitif and a wonderful food wine especially with shellfish.
Vadin-Plateau Renaissance - 36 months on lees. Meunier is the new darling of Champagne, fresh, bright, direct and vibrant. Underpinned by the crunch of green apples, soft white elderberry, swirls of tropical fruits and a bracing backbone and structure. This Champagne is all about the quality of the fruit as with the Extra Brut style there is no where to hide.
